Care in the Home

We offer specialist person-centred care to children, young people and adults with complex needs in their own homes, on either a ‘live in’ or ‘live out’ basis.

We place people at the heart of the services we offer and design bespoke packages of care around their care needs and personal preferences. Our Personal Assistants (PAs) deliver one on one support to people within their own homes, helping them with personal tasks and activities, so that they can live an independent and active life.

All our PAs are supported by regular award-winning training programmes to develop and reinforce their skills and knowledge, and they are overseen by a specialist clinical team to ensure we always deliver the best care to our clients.

“Amanda is an excellent PA, her standards are impeccable & I can fully relax when she is with me as she anticipates all my needs.”

Case Management

Our case managers work with adults and children with complex neurological and physical conditions in their own homes and in residential settings.

They support people from the acute stage through to long-term rehabilitation; coordinating holistic, bespoke rehabilitation, care and therapy packages that reflect each person’s individual needs and empower them with support that fits their goals, ambitions and lifestyle.

Working with community therapy providers and neurological rehabilitation specialists, and alongside family, lawyers and other professionals, case managers ensure the highest quality therapeutic care and support is provided to clients to achieve the best outcomes for them.
