Located in Purley, Croydon, Foxley Lane is a large accessible property with a sensory room and large garden. Our highly trained teams offer a specialist residential and day service. We listen to each individuals needs and their wants and needs so we can tailor a package of care in a warm and nurturing environment.

We work closely with each individual we support to help build their skillset and help them to be more independent in everyday life. At Foxley Lane, we’re committed to supporting our individual to be independent, confident, and resilient. We have a specialist team that provides the individuals we support the opportunity to grow and maintain a healthy level of good physical and mental wellbeing.

Specialist team members at Foxley Lane offer complementary therapies and wellness focused activities to each individual dependent upon their needs. These activities and therapies may include art, music, drama, physiotherapy, massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy at a local pool.

The team can meet the physical health needs of individuals requiring specialist interventions by trained staff, including diabetes and epilepsy care and management, enteral feeding, medication management, pressure area care, specialist feeding, bariatric care, catheter care and more.

We understand that a holistic approach is essential, and our team treats each person as an individual with a tailored package of care. The individuals we support can work on personal development goals and are supported to maintain a healthy level of good physical and mental wellbeing.

Family members and friends are welcome to visit, and the individuals we support can regularly use our IT facilities, telephone, and webcam to keep in touch with relatives and friends.

At Foxley Lane we are able to provide specialist, holistic care and support for up to eight residents at any one time.

En-suite bathrooms

We have en-suites for all resident rooms ensuring they maintain as much privacy as needed during their stay with us.

Communal living space

Our communal living space is where our residents come together for activities and to interact in a community setting.

Sensory Room

Our sensory room allows residents to relax, learn and indulge their senses in a safe and secure environment.

Community garden

The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.

24-hour staff team

All residents have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.
