A residential care service helping people to become more independent.
Located in Hinckley, Leicestershire Kingly Lodge is a house containing four bed-sits with kitchenettes and one bedroom, all with an en-suite. We support people towards building confidence and independence. Each resident is treated as an individual so we can tailor a package of care in a warm and nurturing environment which reflects their wishes.
Our staff team are trained in ProAct-Scipr Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), where simple tasks are broken down into small steps, giving each person the opportunity to follow his or her own way of doing things. With supervision and using a consistent approach, people are supported towards building confidence and independence.
We understand that all the people we support have different needs, so alongside their key workers, families, and medical professionals we ensure that the support we provide is bespoke in every detail. Each person has a comprehensive support plan which covers every aspect of their care and support, taking in to account any concerns and issues that may arise and ensuring all needs and requirements are met enabling them to live the very best life possible.
