The individuals we support are cared for by a highly trained, caring team that works to help them live the life they want to while providing access to round-the-clock care when they need it.

Complex supported living care services.
We also offer a Complex Supported Living service. Active Care Group’s complex supported living services offer person-centred care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities or autism. Individuals may have secondary mental health needs or long-term physical conditions.
The self-contained flats across our services encourage the individuals we support to live independently, whilst benefiting from care and support from experienced teams.

We support each person to build an activity programme that empowers and enables them every day. Our multi-disciplinary team work together with relevant healthcare partners, therapists, specialists and the local community services to provide the very best support for the individual.
We believe the development of core life skills is an essential part of being more independent. The type of skills will differ depending on the individual and may include such things as travel training, money management, preparing food or eating independently.
Our highly-trained staff work with individuals around rehabilitation and enablement to support everyone to develop skills, confidence and gain independence in a way that suits them.
