Everyone at Active Care Group is so friendly, I have a one-to-one each day, and I’m being supported to be more independent in the future. My support worker does lots of activities with me and I love to go bowling, it’s my favourite and I’m so thankful I get to do the things I want to do.

Our group behaviours

Our group behaviours are at the heart of everything we do. They not only support the delivery of our care, our strategy and our culture but they are a guide to the behaviours we value as an organisation — encourage, recognise and reward. By choosing key behaviours instead of values, we can show our colleagues, patients, residents and clients what is important to us by what we say (and how we say it), what we do and how we treat others. Unlike values, behaviours are something we can all easily demonstrate, whatever our role in the organisation.
