Specialist neurological rehabilitation and neurobehavioural services.

Located in a residential area near Hull Road Park, our purpose-built facility has 27 ensuite bedrooms set within a three-and-a-half-acre plot that is surrounded by diverse and beautiful grounds.

With state-of-the-art amenities and a compassionate team that helps everyone to feel safe, happy, and empowered — Woodlands is an excellent place where each person in our care can live the best life possible in a nurturing and warm community.

Our multi-disciplinary team is led by a consultant in rehabilitation medicine; as a team we collaborate with families and external stakeholders to deliver high quality; intensive or longer-term neurological rehabilitation.

The progressive person-centred and holistic support we provide helps those in our care to achieve more independence while regaining skills to return home or to a supported environment.

We create bespoke treatment plans that involve physical, cognitive, functional, and vocational assessments, behavioural management, and complex disability assessments.

The multi-disciplinary team is led by a consultant in rehabilitation medicine who collaborate with families and a variety of healthcare professionals to deliver best possible high quality and intensive neurological rehabilitation.

Purpose-built ground floor bedrooms with profiling beds and en-suite bathrooms

En-suite bathrooms

20 of our rooms have ceiling tracking hoists from the bedroom to the en-suite

Gymnasium

Fully equipped gym where residents can work on their functional rehabilitation goals

On-site chefs

On-site chefs prepare nutritious meals for residents catering for all palettes and the dietary needs of residents.

Landscaped garden

The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.

Therapy kitchen

Residents are supported to maximise their independent living skills in a home environment as they progress through their rehab journey.

Communal spaces

Our residents may join group activities in our lounge, sunroom, dining and leisure spaces
