Welcome to Queen Hill, a supported living care service based in Selsdon, Croydon. We offer a warm, nurturing environment with a holistic approach to care, encouraging a unique environment of support for adult females requiring help to live independently within a homely setting.

Our boutique-led approach is based on a foundation of detailed planning and strategy with all stakeholders to derive a person-centred care model shifting from limitations to assets, through this collaborative alignment we are able to maximise the positive outcomes for our tenants.
Based in Selsdon, Croydon, Queen Hill can provide care and support for up to four females between the ages of 18-65 who have epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other complex needs. Our highly experienced staff provide 24-hour specialist support, maximising the standards, and positive outcomes on clinically led pathways of care for all our tenants.
We are passionate about the promotion of high quality person-centred care delivery, assessing the most positive outcomes for our tenants while working collaboratively with them, their families, and key stakeholders to offer bespoke clinically-assessed packages of care.
Staff encourage tenants to take part in activities such as swimming, cycling, bowling, trampolining and participate in day trips in line with the tenants’ preferences.
We look after the person as a whole, caring for their wants and needs, both physically and emotionally, fostering an environment of personal growth, inclusion, honesty and integrity, leading our tenants to live the most rewarding lives.

4 bedrooms
At Queen Hill, we have capacity for up to four tenants where we care and support them in their everyday care needs.
Downstairs wet room
Our wet is room equipped with modern furnishings and equipment making it easy to use for tenants of all capabilities.
Communal lounges
Our communal lounges are where tenants come together for activities and to socialise in a friendly environment.
Communal kitchen
All tenants are encouraged to gather in the kitchen and interact in a community setting during meal times.
Large garden area
The garden area is always full of tenants interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.
24-hour staff team
All tenants have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.
