Located in Caterham, Surrey, Clareville Lodge provides high quality care for adults between the ages of 18 – 65. We are committed to helping every person we support through a holistic approach to care. We are able to support people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury and/or physical disabilities to ensure they live a fulfilling and rewarding life. 

At Clareville Lodge, we provide our tenants with support in their homes and in the community, helping to promote their own independence and maintain a high standard of both physical and mental wellbeing. Our person-led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people who have epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other complex needs.

Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of positive behaviour support (PBS) is also in place. The aim of our PBS framework is not merely to reduce levels of challenging behaviour for people, but to improve quality of life. The care and support we provide is bespoke to each tenant, as we understand no-two people are the same, therefore we interact with all tenants and encourage them to be fully involved in the development of their individual person-centred plan, enabling us to provide the best possible care for them, reflecting their wants and needs, supporting them to grow, and learn, and reach their full potential.

Clareville Lodge is a facility where we support adults with learning disabilities of all kinds, epilepsy, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, communication difficulties and physical disabilities. We’re committed to help every person we support feel happy, safe and connected to their community, working closely with each tenant to build their skillset and help them to lead a more independent life.
