Located in Caterham, Surrey Clareville Lodge provides high quality care for adults between the ages of 18 – 65. We’re committed to helping every person we support, through a holistic approach to care, we’re able to support people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury and/or physical disabilities to ensure they live fulfilling, rewarding lives how ever that looks for them.

At Clareville Lodge, we provide our residents with support in their homes and in the community, helping to promote their own independence and maintain a high standard of both physical and mental wellbeing. Our person lead approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people, who have epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other complex needs.

Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)is also in place. The aim of our PBS framework is not merely to reduce levels of challenging behaviour for people, but to improve quality of life. The care and support we provide is bespoke to each resident as we understand no-two people are the same, therefore we interact with all residents and encourage them to be fully involved in the development of their individual person-centred plan, enabling us to provide the best possible care for them, reflecting their wants and needs, supporting them to grow, and learn, and reach their full potential.

Clareville Lodge is a purpose-built facility where we support adults with learning disabilities of all kinds, epilepsy, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, communication difficulties and physical disabilities. We’re committed to help every person we support feel happy, safe and connected to their community, working closely with each resident to build their skillset and help them to lead a more independent life.

Our person lead approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people, providing intensive person-centred care and support on a person-by-person basis. We have a highly experienced team which provide 24-hour care, along with waking night specialist support. The trained team provide the highest maximum standards of care and support to all residents at Clareville Lodge, whilst enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes.

All of our residents are encouraged to mix with their peers if they wish, and we ensure that events such as coffee mornings, arts and crafts sessions and movie nights are offered in our spacious communal lounge and dining areas. Additionally, we also offer group fitness and drama sessions are also provided through our FOCUS Group. We are a lively house, and we focus on empowering the people we support to live their lives to the fullest.

6 bedrooms

At Clareville Lodge we have capacity for up to 6 residents where we care and support them in their everyday care needs.

Shared bathrooms

We have shared bathrooms equipped with modern furnishings and the latest technologies for all abiltities.

Communal lounges

Our communal lounges are where residents come together for activities and to socialise in a friendly environment.

Communal kitchen

All residents are encouraged to gather in the kitchen and interact in a community setting during meal times.

Large garden area

The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.

24-hour staff team

All residents have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.
