He has also held senior positions at renowned companies such as Costa Coffee, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Pizza Hut, and Greene King, where he successfully developed and led high-performing operational teams.
Mike leads the Residential Division, focusing on driving improvements and growth, while continuing to support the company’s broader strategic objectives.
