We care for adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
At Mayfield Road, we provide care and support for individuals, helping to encourage their independence, confidence, and resilience. We have a specialist team that provides the individuals we support the opportunity to grow and maintain a healthy level of good physical and mental well-being.
Our team, consisting of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, provide support for adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex conditions. We create personalised person-centred care plans in a warm, empowering environment that respects each individual’s preferences and goals.
We work closely with each individual to help build their skill-set and help them to be more independent in everyday life. Individuals are encouraged to actively participate in the delivery of their care. We support with activities of daily living, including maintaining a safe environment, communication, dietary needs and personal care amongst others.
Located within the heart of Sutton, this thriving community offers excellent transport links and all individuals are supported to access opportunities both in and around their home. We support with providing access to community links such as cinemas, leisure centres, shopping centres, seaside trips, colleges, garden centres and cafés.

At Mayfield Road, we are able to provide specialist, holistic care and support for up to 12 individuals at any one time.

We have accessible bathroom facilities located through out the property for individuals of all mobilities to use.
Full accessibility
Mayfield Road is completely accessible to all the individuals we support no matter their mobility.
Large dining area
Our large dining area encourages all the individuals we support to come together at meal times and enjoy each others company.
Enclosed garden
The large enclosed garden area with an accessible trampoline gives individuals the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature.
Sensory room
We have a sensory room which allows individuals to relax and unwind in a safe environment.
