Welcome to Liberty Court, a supported living care service based in Purley, Surrey. We offer a warm, nurturing environment with a holistic approach to care, encouraging a unique environment of support for adults requiring help to live independently in their own homes, within a community-based setting.

Our approach is based on a foundation of detailed planning and strategy with all stakeholders to derive a person-centred care model shifting from limitations to assets, through this collaborative alignment we are able to maximise the positive outcomes for each individual.
Liberty Court can provide care and support for up to 24 adults between the ages of 18-65 who have autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and other physical and mental health needs.
Our highly experienced staff provide 24-hour on-site cover, maximising the standards, and positive outcomes for all the individuals we support.
We are passionate about the promotion of high quality person-centred care delivery, assessing the most positive outcomes for each individual while working collaboratively with them, their families, and key stakeholders to offer bespoke assessed packages of care. The care we provide is aligned to service user-specific and multi-award-winning in-house training. This ensures each member of our specialist care team has the right mix of skills, expertise, cultural awareness, confidence, and passion to ensure the best care delivery, encouraging the individuals we support to strive for independence.
We look after the person as a whole, caring for their wants and needs, both physically and emotionally, fostering an environment of personal growth, inclusion, honesty and integrity, leading each individual to live the most rewarding live.

24 beds
Liberty Court has capacity for up to 24 beds split across 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats, both of which individuals are encouraged to personalise.
Accesible bathrooms
We have shared bathrooms equipped with modern furnishings and the latest technologies for all abilities.
Communal lounges
Our communal lounges are where the individuals we support come together for activities and to socialise in a friendly environment.
Kitchen facilities
Liberty Court has kitchens in the 1-bedroom flats and shared kitchens in the 2-bedroom flats.
Large garden area
The garden is a vibrant hub where individuals engage with one another, play games, immerse themselves in books, and nurture their gardening skills.
24-hour staff team
The individuals we support have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.

Bradley Thompson

Bradley Thompson
Bradley has been working in social care since 2009. He has worked in different organisations, including The Royal Mencap Society, local college establishments providing support to students on-site and visiting, and also within a mental health service in which he was lucky to be part of the setting up of a new service. The service went from one building for 12-capacity, to three buildings and a capacity of 36 residents.
Bradley is now at Active Care Group as service manager for Liberty Court, bringing gained knowledge and experience. He is grateful of his previous opportunities, and the skills he has gained.
