Kibblesworth is a neurological rehabilitation residential service for adults with complex needs

Rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, our purpose-build 16-bed neurological rehabilitation residential service offers easy access to a broad range of amenities, educational and occupational opportunities, as well as social and leisure pursuits, and has recently been decorated throughout to enhance the environment for residents.

We provide a tailored therapy programme for residents, which includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, as well as speech and language therapy. Our focus is on delivering person-centred care and understanding the history, personality, likes and dislikes of the residents to help develop therapeutic relationships.

All residents are allocated a key worker who supports them to develop their own individualised timetables, support programme, as well as enable communication with significant others, and plan for events and holidays throughout the year.

Our wonderful team understand that a holistic approach is necessary to ensure that those in our care are safe, happy and healthy. We promote and fulfil the company values of being caring, honest, pro-active and empowering for those we support.
