Welcome to Thornton Avenue, a supported living care service in Streatham, South West London. We provide care and support for individuals aged 18 to 65 who have epilepsy, learning difficulties, acquired brain injuries, behavioural issues, learning disabilities, autism and Asperger’s syndrome.

Our boutique-led approach is based on a foundation of detailed planning and strategy with all stakeholders to derive a person-centred care model shifting from limitations to assets, through this collaborative alignment we are able to maximise the positive outcomes for our tenants.

Thornton Avenue is a beautiful family townhouse situated in the heart of Streatham, South West London. This pleasant residential home is made up of six large bedrooms, a spacious communal lounge, a dining area, and a tranquil garden with on-site parking. 

We monitor our people with their daily living skills, medical needs, emotional support, and encouragement while recording and monitoring all significant progress. Key working sessions run on a monthly basis to set goals for our people to achieve, these goals are shared with the whole team so everyone we support has their own individual living plan.

We offer a wide range of activities within and outside of the house such as a large TV, games console, pool tables, dart boards and a computer, our residents can develop a great home social life.

We are perfectly situated by Streatham Common and Clapham Common which are beautiful local parks with natural scenery.

6 bedrooms

Thornton Avenue has capacity for up to six tenants where we care and support them in their everyday care needs.

Shared bathrooms

Our bathrooms are equipped with modern furnishings and equipment making it easy to use for tenants of all capabilities.

Communal lounges

Our communal lounges are where tenants come together for activities and to socialise in a friendly environment.

Communal kitchen

All tenants are encouraged to gather in the kitchen and interact in a community setting during meal times.

Large garden area

The garden area is always full of tenants interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.

24-hour staff team

All tenants have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.
