Our multi-disciplinary team (MDT) pride themselves in supporting and guiding residents, and listening to residents’ wants and needs, ensuring everyone is made to feel respected and content.

Our holistic person-led approach is driven through tailored support plans of positive mental and physical wellbeing that entail our pathways ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of positive behaviour support (PBS). The aim of our accomplished PBS framework is to enable residents to live their very best life possible, where aspirations are encouraged and quality of life for all is improved by reducing levels of challenging behaviour.

We understand that each resident has individual preferences and requirements, which is why our highly qualified team works closely with the community teams for people with learning disabilities. We have specialists in psychiatry, psychology, speech and language therapy (SALT) and occupational therapy and provide community integration support by developing links with employers and other local services.

By caring for each residents’ specific wants and needs, and by fostering an environment of growth, inclusion, honesty and integrity, our residents are empowered to have meaningful and rewarding lives. Our comprehensive specialist care gives our residents the space to express themselves while growing in confidence and resilience.

Each of the 12 purpose-built single occupancy bungalows offer homely dining and living areas, a kitchen, and separate rooms for staff, meaning that support is always available. Ensuite facilities ensure that residents may maintain the utmost privacy, while private gardens offer residents each their own calm space in nature to spend time as they wish, to relax in a safe and secure environment.

Our core values are testament to putting residents at the heart of everything we do, providing a seamless and personalised experience reflecting residents’ wishes. Residents can make their living and garden spaces as homely as possible with items to reflect their individual tastes, while receiving tailored support and having access to educational, employment and leisure opportunities within the community.

Residents are able to take part in the group outcome project, which identifies pathways to achieving independent living skills, as well as planning for fun events.
