At Orchard House, we provide specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions to adults over the age of 18. We offer a range of accommodation, with eight bedrooms and one studio apartment to allow for more independent living. Our aim is to develop person-centred, evidence based rehabilitation care plans to maximise independence and recovery.

The interdisciplinary team includes a Rehabilitation Consultant, Neuropsychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Support is also provided by experienced rehabilitation and therapy assistants.

The team at Orchard House work together to develop person-centred, evidence based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise the individual’s independence and recovery.

Orchard House offers a range of accommodation, with eight bedrooms and one studio apartment to allow for more independent living. It is wheelchair accessible throughout. There is a training kitchen, therapy room and garden with large patio area.

Orchard House residents can access a range of shops, clubs and sports facilities and a church within walking distance. The service is two miles from Didcot, where residents can access a range of social, leisure and educational activities including the local college.

8 bedrooms

At Orchard House we have capacity for up to 8 residents where we care and support them in their recovery. 

En-suite bathrooms

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms giving residents as much privacy as possible whilst in our services.

Communal living space

Our communal living spaces allow residents to interact and spend time together in a community environment.

Training kitchen

We have a training kitchen which teaches residents useful skills for when they move on to more independent living.

Garden area

The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.

Therapy room

Our therapy room is always open, allowing residents to discuss anything they want with a highly trained professional.
