Residential Living Care Service in Hampshire
At Foxhills Farm, we support young people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a large four bedroom house. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
A care service supporting young people with challenging behaviours.
Located in Fareham, Hampshire Foxhills Farm is a residential home where young people are supported by a highly trained staff team, and encouraged to join in daily social and household activities, such as cookery and laundry, to build independence. We work closely with each individual to help build there skillset and independence.
Foxhills’ staff work closely with families, behaviour nurse specialists, and health and education colleagues to enable the development of individualised positive behaviour support plans.
Each person has a comprehensive support plan which covers every aspect of their care and support, taking in to account any concerns and issues that may arise and ensuring all needs and requirements are met enabling them to live the very best life possible.
Located within a short distance of the local community, people are supported to access the opportunities both in and around their home.
Our wonderful team understand that a holistic approach is necessary to ensure that those in our care are safe, happy, and healthy. We promote and fulfil the company values of being caring, honest, pro-active, and empowering for those we support.
