Croydon

A complex supported living care service, offering specialist care to adults.

Cedars Road based in Beddington, Croydon, is a complex supported living service. The service has three self-contained flats and offers specialist support and care. We work closely with the people we support to improve their confidence, providing them with the skills to progress towards more independent living.

We work closely with each individual we support to help build their skillset and help them to be more independent in everyday life. At Cedars Road, we’re committed to supporting individuals to be independent, confident and resilient. We have a specialist team that provides individuals the opportunity to grow and maintain a healthy level of good physical and mental wellbeing.

All the support we provide is person-centred, ensuring the individual receiving care makes their own decisions of how they want their care delivered with the support from their family, support staff from the service and associated health professionals.

Each person has a comprehensive plan which ensures all needs and requirements are met, enabling them to live the very best life possible.

We have a team of experienced professionals working together to provide holistic, person-centred support to each individual. We provide compassionate and individualised care through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Our approach is centred on understanding and nurturing each individual’s unique needs to enhance their quality of life.

Additionally, we can support people to attend local colleges, to access voluntary or paid employment opportunities, to gain daily life skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting. We support individuals to attend local activities i.e. bike riding, swimming, going to the gym or practicing their faith. Our large private garden is perfect for social events such as BBQs and parties, as well as being an ideal space to entertain friends and family.

Conditions we support, but are not limited to:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy
  • Mental health needs
