Wiltshire

At Bobbins we care for adults with physical or learning disabilities.

Situated in Swindon, Wiltshire, we’re a residential service providing support for adults of all genders with learning or physical disabilities. At Bobbins we treat each resident as an individual, listening to their wants and needs so we can tailor a package of care alongside a warm and nurturing environment which reflects our residents wishes.

Supported by a highly trained staff team, people are encouraged to strive towards autonomy over their own life, to make their own choices, develop their own interests, do things for themselves and become a valuable part of their local community. Located within easy reach of local amenities, people are encouraged to access external activities, community support teams and develop useful links with education providers, employers and other local services.

We understand that all the people we support have different needs, so alongside their key workers, families, and medical professionals we ensure the support we provide is bespoke in every detail. Each person has a comprehensive support plan which covers every aspect of their care and support, taking in to account any concerns and issues that may arise and ensuring all needs and requirements are met enabling them to live the very best life possible.

Our wonderful team understand a holistic approach is necessary to ensure those in our care are safe, happy, and healthy. We promote and fulfil the company values of being caring, honest, pro-active, and empowering for those we support.

Conditions we support, but are not limited to:

  • epilepsy
  • autism
  • challenging behaviour
  • cerebral palsy
  • learning disability
  • Worster-Drought syndrome
