Ward Information Leaflets

Each ward has its own information leaflet to help you understand what to expect during your stay. These leaflets include:

• An introduction to the ward and staff team
• Daily routines and facilities
• Information about going out of the hospital grounds, visiting, and activities
• Your rights, including information about being detained under the Mental Health Act
• Advocacy and Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) services
• How to raise concerns or make a complaint
