Specialist post-acute neurological rehabilitation to improve people's lives.
At our new Chislehurst Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, we provide specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long-term neurological conditions to adults over the age of 18. We aim to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans to maximise independence and recovery.
We offer slow stream rehabilitation providing the opportunity for residents to continue their rehabilitation through an adjusted intensity programme tailored to their specific needs. This flexibility accommodates resident’s current needs and strives towards achieving their rehab goals.
We look to build on resident’s progress with each resident having access to the interdisciplinary team including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Support is also provided by experienced rehabilitation and therapy assistants.
Our team works closely with the individual and their family members along with liaising with general practitioners, social work professionals and solicitors or case managers to set goals around their physical progress, functional abilities, future independence, leisure and work activities and communication.
Our wonderful team understand that a holistic approach is necessary to ensure that those in our care are safe, happy, and healthy. We promote and fulfil the company values of being caring, honest, pro-active, and empowering for those we support.
