At Active Care Group, our supported living services provide a unique environment of support for adults requiring support to live independently in their own homes, within a community-based setting.
We offer a seamless process for individuals requiring access to round-the-clock support. Every service is staffed and maintained to the highest standards, enabling individuals with complex requirements to live safe and fulfilling lives.
Individuals are helped to develop core life skills whilst being offered the right level of support to pursue their dreams and reach their potential.
Our aim is to deliver first class quality care to everyone that we support, whatever their needs, whatever the setting, through tailor made packages designed to achieve the best outcomes possible for each individual and encourage independence, wherever possible.
Our staff encourage people to lead as independent a life as possible, however that looks for them. People are supported to access community activities such as vocational skills training, higher education and work opportunities.
Our supported living services aim to provide a pathway to more independent living by supporting each person to develop life skills to enable them to reach their full potential.
