- Independent living
- Community based setting
- Round the clock support
- Great facilities with access to local amenities
Our supported living services are designed to support people with a range of complex needs to live independently in their own homes, within a community-based setting.
We’re committed to helping every person we support feel happy, safe and empowered and connected to their community.
“We help give people everything they need in life and to gain their independence”.
Red, Support Worker
In every service we have a highly trained, caring team that works with each individual to support them to live the life they want to, whilst providing access to round the clock care when they need it.
Because every person is different, we design personalised care plans so that we always provide the right level of support to enable each person to pursue their dreams and reach their potential.
“I have a 1 to 1 each day, and I’m being supported to be more independent in the future”
Becky, Service User
“I have a 121 each day, and I’m being supported to be more independent in the future”
Becky, Service User
We encourage people to lead as independent a life as possible, however that looks for them.
We help every one of our service users to develop the core life skills they need to live more independently. This might include supporting them with personal tasks like getting dressed or help around the home, such as cooking.
Individuals are also supported to access activities such as vocational skills training, higher education and work opportunities.
“Often people who join us start off shy and with a small skills base. We support them to develop their skills, to learn, and to go to work”
Suzanne, Senior Operations Manager
Located in thriving communities
People are encouraged to connect with their local community. Each of our services is well located, close to local amenities and with good access to public transport.
Activities are provided externally or as part of an in-house communal activity programme.
“We do music, painting and drawing and on Friday there’s sports which I take part in. I also like to go to the gym.”
Ethan, Service user
Commitment to quality
In each of supported living services we aim to deliver first-class quality care. Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do to ensure the service we provide is the very best that it can be.
