Personalised residential care
Our aim is to deliver first class quality care to everyone that we support, whatever their needs, through tailor made packages designed to help each person achieve the best outcomes possible and progress towards a more independent future.
Our residential services reflect the needs of the individual, from offering intensive support to lighter touch support for people who are more independent and able to get more easily involved in activities.

“We build really strong relationships with our service users and their families.”
Lucy, Service Manager
Great facilities, locally situated
All our residential services have purpose-built facilities which help us to cater to the specific needs of service users, whilst still feeling homely, comforting and welcoming.
Our homes are located across the UK in the heart of the local communities. With access to local amenities and public transport, service users are supported to connect with the community and access local leisure, educational, and work opportunities.
Multi-disciplinary team
Our multi-disciplinary team work together with relevant healthcare partners, therapists, specialists and the local community services to provide the very best support for the individual.
Our highly trained staff work with individuals around rehabilitation and enablement to support everyone to develop skills, confidence and gain independence in a way that suits them.

Activities
We support each person to build an activity programme that empowers and enables them every day.
We believe the development of core life skills is an essential part of being more independent. The type of skills will differ depending on the individual and may include such things as travel training, money management, preparing food or eating independently.
Keyworking and goal setting are used to create a pathway that supports each individual to continuously improve and develop.
Key workers meet regularly with people to help them:
- Identify goals and aspirations
- Consider skills, education and work
- Develop step-by-step plans
- Discuss activities and events they wish to take part in
Commitment to quality
In each of residential services we aim to deliver first-class quality care. Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do to ensure the service we provide is the very best that it can be.
All of Active Care Group’s residential services are registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) or OFSTED and are inspected on a regular basis against the regulatory framework.
The inspection rating for each residential service can be viewed on our Quality page.
