One of our residents, Natalie, loves to bake cakes in our Therapy kitchen at Hunters Moor. She loves baking for herself and others, including the other residents, staff and any clients that visit the centre. Natalie particularly enjoys baking cakes and bringing them to the activities and group sessions for everyone to enjoy.

Mike joined Active Care Group in 2024. Previously, he served as the UK Operations Director at Travelodge, where he oversaw two years of record-breaking performance. He has also held senior positions at renowned companies such as Costa Coffee, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Pizza Hut, and Greene King, where he successfully developed and led high-performing operational teams.
Mike leads the Residential Division, focusing on driving improvements and growth, while continuing to support the company’s broader strategic objectives.
