After receiving thousands of nominations from colleagues, the people we care for and their families, for the 2025 Stars, Leadership and Your Choice Awards, last night, Active Care Group hosted this year’s glittering annual event – the Night of the Stars Awards evening.

Hosted by Steve Brown, Active Care Group’s Lived Experience Director and returning host, Andy Searle, the evening brought together almost 250 colleagues, friends, and family.

From LED drummers, mirror dancers, to inspiring speeches, the evening was filled with celebration, entertainment, glamour, inspiration, admiration and heartfelt stories. During the evening 24 awards were presented.

Keith Browner, Chief Executive Officer at Active Care Group said:

“Each year, I look forward to this evening with immense pride. It’s a moment where we pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible people who make Active Care Group what it is – a place of excellence, innovation, compassion, kindness, hope and joy.

Last night, we shone a light on those who have gone above and beyond. Colleagues who make a meaningful difference to the people they care for, their teams and to the group.

ACG’s culture of recognition is reflected in the high number of nominations colleagues submitted throughout the year. Each nomination is unique, telling stories of dedication, teamwork, passion, leadership, kindness and care.

Every time I visit our services and speak with our teams, I’m reminded of the incredible impact they have on each individual’s care journey. Their passion and commitment never fail to inspire me. This is compounded in witnessing the surprise and delight when the winners’ names are revealed from the iconic gold envelopes, announcing that they are among this year’s Night of the Stars winners.

Once again, huge congratulations to all our amazing finalists and winners! A special thank you to everyone who made the night so memorable.”
