Westcountry Case Management achieves CQC Outstanding rating

We are delighted to announce that Westcountry Case Management, part of the Active Care Group Case Management division, has been awarded the highest accolade by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

WCM were rated Outstanding across all 5 Key Lines of Enquiry; Well Led, Caring, Responsive, Safe and Effective. This level of achievement is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism of the whole team in making a difference to the lives of the people with whom they work, with the aim of maximising their potential.

Being registered with the CQC is the minimal requirement for a case management company, being rated Outstanding in all five areas demonstrates that Westcountry Case Management operates at the pinnacle of their industry.

This follows similar news from that of JSP, another company within the Active Care Group Case Management division, that also achieved the same exceptional outcome in their latest CQC inspection.
