Case Management Division leaders gather for quarterly meeting
The Case Management division leaders within Active Care Group, gathered virtually for their quarterly meeting this week. The meeting was chaired by Division Managing Director Rob Preston, who opened by thanking everyone for the incredible work they have done to lead their businesses through the Covid-19 crisis.
Active Care Group CEO, Ruth Smith, joined the meeting to introduce herself to the group and to invite them to share their input and ideas for future development.
The meeting included discussions about the impact of the pandemic on case management activity and how this might change over the coming months, as well as updates on commercial systems in development.
The People Team, including the new People Partner for Case Management, Helen Mallows, gave an update on the resources and support they are making available across the group and fielded questions and feedback.
Liz Fishwick, the Group Learning and Development Manager discussed the role of her team in furthering professional development across ACG, including offering management training workshops and appraisal and supervision support if needed.
Group People Director, Claire Leake, reminded everyone about the wellbeing resources available to all ACG employees on the People Hub and gave an update on the recently launched Employee Forum.
Angie Wicks, Group Governance and Quality Director and Isobel Watkins Quality and Governance Manager addressed questions about incident reporting and the group discussed ideas for quality audits.
