Anglia Case Management, part of the Active Care Group Case Management Division, were rated Outstanding for the second time following a recent CQC inspection.
The CQC assesses care providers in 5 “key lines of enquiry” to ensure they are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well led. This result puts Anglia Case Management in the top 2% of Adult care providers in the UK.
The inspection involved 2 days of face to face interviews with staff together with an audit of paperwork and documentation relating to clients; these were followed up by visits and interviews with clients and their care teams. Anglia Case Management was Outstanding in the 3 out of 5 categories (effective, responsive and well led), and Good in the remaining 2 categories.
Sonia Collin, the Registered Manager at Anglia Case Management said: “We are absolutely delighted with the results of this very thorough inspection by the CQC; this Outstanding rating improves on our previous rating from 2017. It is a credit to our staff based here in Suffolk and all of our 211 support staff across East Anglia who work so hard to support those who use our service.”
