A Mindfulness podcast to give you time to relax

Sandra Afflick, Learning and Development Coordinator within the Residential Services team, has created a second mindfulness and wellbeing podcast to help people to deal with the stress and anxiety they may feel during this period of exceptional change.

The first podcast was shared in April. Sandra created these podcasts to give people a way to allow themselves to have a bit of ‘Me Time’ and to provide an outlet to help release any anxiety/stress/worries.
