Active Care Group is delighted to announce that Neural Pathways, previously part of our case management division, has officially rebranded to Active Neuro, effective Thursday 6 November 2025.
Their brand name is now Active Neuro, and the service name is Active Neuro Rehabilitation Hub – Gateshead. The rebrand reflects the service’s long-standing position within Active Care Group and its commitment to delivering innovative, person-centred rehabilitation.
Active Neuro Rehabilitation Hub – Gateshead provides outpatient, technology-enhanced rehabilitation, supporting individuals with complex neurological and physical conditions to achieve their goals and maximise independence.
Neural Pathways has been part of Active Care Group since 2011. While the brand name and visual identity have changed, everything that makes the service exceptional remains the same – the dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team, the high-quality care, and the collaborative, person-led approach to rehabilitation.
