Last week, our specialist brain and spinal injury rehabilitation and therapy company, Neural Pathways, had the pleasure of hosting an event to celebrate their move to a new office and bigger hub space in Gateshead. They invited colleagues, clients and friends to join us for drinks and nibbles, followed by a guided tour of the facilities and equipment available.
Moving to a larger space has allowed them to acquire new equipment and help more clients. One of the new pieces of equipment they have acquired for their clients is the C-Mill VR Treadmill. They have been using the C-Mill since 2019, but this new version will enhance the rehabilitation they are able to offer clients improving gait, balance and stability.
Neural Pathways Business Director Claire Marley said, “Our launch event was a great opportunity to get everyone together to see the new space we have and to have a demonstration of the equipment.
“Getting to see the equipment in person and speak to our team of therapists allows people to have a better understanding of the work we do at Neural Pathways. It was lovely to see familiar faces and connect with colleagues, clients and more.”
As well as goodie bags and cake, they had a raffle on the night raising money for Day One Trauma Support, their charity partner. They asked for a donation of the guest’s choice to the charity, which entered them into the raffle with a chance to win a voucher or hamper. They managed to raise an incredible £475 for the charity, which will go to directly helping those who have experienced major trauma.
Thank you to everyone who attended the evening and made it such a fantastic event. They look forward to many more to come in the new space!
