In a celebration of excellence and innovation in case management, two of the companies in our Case Management division, Neural Pathways and Westcountry Case Management, emerged victorious at the prestigious CMSUK Awards 2025, held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, on 19th September 2025.
The ceremony, themed “Adversity into Achievement”, honoured organisations and professionals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to client-centred care and transformative rehabilitation services.
The Key Note Speaker for the event was Darren Edwards, Adaptive Adventurer, who gave a very inspirational talk that had a big impact on everyone in the room.
Neural Pathways, a provider of bespoke rehabilitation in Gateshead, was awarded Service Provider of the Year, a recognition of their unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality, personalised neurological rehabilitation services.

Meanwhile, Westcountry Case Management took home the award for Case Management Large Company of the Year, celebrating their client-focused approach to complex case management. The team was praised for their collaborative ethos and commitment to continuous improvement.

Janette Wynn, Managing Director of Case Management, expressed her pride in the team’s achievements: “It is amazing and truly an honour to be recognised in this way. These awards are a testament to the hard work, compassion, and professionalism of our entire team.”
Ted Littlewood, Business Development Director at Active Care Group, also introduced and presented the award that Active Care Group sponsored; “Outstanding Contribution of the Year” to Sue Reeve from Aviva.






We also wish to send out extended congratulations to CCMS Care and Case Management Services, who were also finalists in the “Large Company of the Year” category and to AJ Case Management who were shortlisted in the same category.
Our successes at the CMSUK Awards supports the group’s mission to empower individuals through expert care and rehabilitation.
