We provide specialist complex care services for children.
Opening in 2025 and located in Staffordshire, Applewood Lodge is our new specialist residential service for children with complex care needs.
We understand that all the children we will be supporting have different needs, so alongside their key workers, families and medical professionals we’ll ensure the support we provide is bespoke in every detail. Each child will have a comprehensive support plan which covers every aspect of their care and support, taking in to account any concerns and issues that may arise and ensuring all needs and requirements are met enabling them to live the very best life possible.
Our team, consisting of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Support Workers, provide 24-hour care and support. Our aim is to help young people develop their social and educational skills in a safe, secure environment.
We want children to not only feel protected and safe, but also to be able to grow and believe in themselves and to achieve more in their lives than they thought possible.
We deliver trauma-informed care, which means we approach each child with sensitivity, understanding, and respect. Our staff are trained to recognise the signs of trauma and respond in a compassionate, supportive way.
We understand that healing from trauma is a journey, and we are here to support each child at their own pace, ensuring they feel valued and heard every step of the way.
Applewood Lodge will be regulated by Ofsted, this regulation ensures that our service meets the expectations of excellence in care, safeguarding, and support.
