Located in Purley, Croydon, Foxley Lane is a large accessible property with a sensory room and large garden. Our highly trained teams offer a specialist residential and day service. We treat each resident as an individual, listening to their wants and needs so we can tailor a package of care in a warm and nurturing environment.
We work closely with each resident to help build their skillset and help them to be more independent in everyday life. At Foxley Lane, we’re committed to supporting our residents to be independent, confident, and resilient. We have a specialist team that provides our residents the opportunity to grow and maintain a healthy level of good physical and mental wellbeing.
Our wonderful team understand that a holistic approach is necessary to ensure those in our care are safe, happy, and healthy. We promote and fulfil the company values of being caring, honest, proactive, and empowering for those we support.

8 bedrooms
At Foxley Lane we are able to provide specialist, holistic care and support for up to eight residents at any one time.
En-suite bathrooms
We have en-suites for all resident rooms ensuring they maintain as much privacy as needed during their stay with us.
Communal living space
Our communal living space is where our residents come together for activities and to interact in a community setting.
Sensory Room
Our sensory room allows residents to relax, learn and indulge their senses in a safe and secure environment.
Community garden
The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games enjoying a book or training their green thumbs.
24-hour staff team
All residents have access to our 24-hour support team. We’re here for whatever they need, whenever they need it.
