Family Forum
The forum meets monthly and welcomes new members at any time. The forum will give you the chance to meet members of the therapy team and wider multi-disciplinary team to find out more about the care we offer and the types of mental health difficulties we treat. The meeting aims to be informal, and we welcome any questions or suggestions. We hope that the forum offers carers new ways to connect with us and to input into our service provision and development.
Our Family Forum is a space for families and carers to:
- Share direct experiences and feedback on the carer’s perspective
- Help shape and improve services
- Work collaboratively with the hospital team
- Have the opportunity to familiarise you with our treatment and pathway
- Connect with other families and carers

**Please note as this is a shared meeting involving different carers and families it will not be possible to answer specific questions about your family member’s treatment. You are welcome to attend your family member’s ward review or to speak with someone from the multi-disciplinary team for this type of discussion.
