Full Quantum Care/Aids & Equipment Reports
Focusing on the impact of the index injury, the resulting disability, and the potential need for care aids and equipment, our expert care reports outline the individual's physiological and psycho-social needs.
Occupational Therapy (OT) Reports
Our experienced specialist Occupational Therapists (OT) have the skills and experience required to assess and quantify the individual's needs and future requirements for specialist aids, equipment and adaptations as a result of their index injury.
Allied Healthcare Professionals Quantum Reports
Expert opinions from expert Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Dieticians, Assistive Technologists, and Accommodation specialists provide crucial guidance to the courts on the impact of an individual's catastrophic injury on their potential condition and prognosis.
Advisory Quantum Care Reports
We understand that, where appropriate, our referrers require a quicker, more responsive resolution to disputes that require an evaluation report as opposed to a full quantum report
Family Care Reports
A family care payment, sometimes called a 'gratuitous care' payment, is a financial compensation provided to family members who offer care and support to an individual.
Mental Capacity Assessments
The Mental Capacity Act 2005 establishes a legal requirement to assess an individual's mental capacity before making decisions on their behalf. This safeguards people with cognitive impairments and ensures that decisions are made in their best interests.
CHC Reports
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is a package of care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS for individuals with significant ongoing healthcare needs. Having first-hand clinical experience of CHC assessments across the lifespan, our experts are uniquely placed to independently assist referrers with appeals to re-evaluate unsatisfactory Decision Support Tool outcomes.
Loss of Services Reports
The Fatal Accidents Act 1976 is a key piece of legislation in the UK that allows dependants of a deceased person to claim compensation (if a wrongful act, neglect, or default of another party caused the death).
