Active Care Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Erica Pryce as Managing Director for the South region. Erica brings 25 years of experience in the health and social care sector.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Erica has spent much of her career supporting adults with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Her commitment to safeguarding adults and improving care quality aligns with Active Care Group’s dedication in providing safe, high-quality, and patient-focused care.

As Managing Director, Erica will lead the strategic development and operational management of multiple services across the South. Erica will also focus on ensuring our services achieve the highest compliance and efficiency while playing a key role in shaping the future of Active Care Group’s services.
