We are delighted to announce the appointment of David Harvey as our new Operations Director for the south region at Active Care Group. With over 22 years of dedicated experience in mental health and care, David brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
In his previous roles, David has demonstrated exceptional leadership in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and adult inpatient services, across the south of England. His eight years at the Care Quality Commission (CQC), as both an inspector and inspection manager, further enrich his understanding of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
David’s commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate leadership aligns seamlessly with our values at Active Care Group. He joins us with a passion for championing the wellbeing of both colleagues, patients, and residents — fostering a culture of safety and support.
As David embarks on this new journey with us, he brings not only his professional acumen but also his personal interests, including a love for music and long-distance running. We look forward to integrating his diverse experiences and enthusiasm into Active Care Group.
