How do we support someone with neurological support needs?
The support required for a neurological condition varies depending on the person, the condition and its stage of development. So we take great care to understand the needs of an individual before creating a care plan that embraces all aspects of their health and wellbeing. This may involve day care in one’s own home, or in a full time residential or supported living setting, but the overall aim is to identify what is most important to each person and to help him or her to manage their condition and maintain a lifestyle they choose.
Offering highly flexible, personalised support can make a difference, not just to the person with the condition but to their family, friends and carers. Our ambition is to empower those in our care, promote their independence and in doing so improve quality of life for everyone involved.
