How do we support someone with complex care needs?
The complex care needs of every adult or child we support vary hugely. We conduct a thorough assessment of the individual before offering a personalised complex care package that is designed to not only support him or her, but enable personal potential. Every person we care for is encouraged to make their own decisions about health and wellbeing, shifting the emphasis from “what’s the matter with you?” to “what matters to you?” We involve the individual together with their family, friends and carers in the decision making process as appropriate.
We believe that every individual in our care should be able to live a fulfilling, meaningful life. We help them to do this by providing the highest quality specialist care on a live in or live out basis, or in a residential or supported living setting by being responsive, flexible and intuitive to their changing needs, and by encouraging them to embrace their future.
