Three of Active Care Group’s Case Management companies have successfully launched their new brand identities and websites. The launches have marked the end of a transformative year in Active Care Group’s Case Management Division.
Brownbill Case Management Services, CCMS Care & Case Management Services, and Northern Case Management have been well established in providing personalised case management services for many years.
In the ever-developing healthcare landscape, it was important for these companies to refresh and update their branding, to reiterate their commitment to being at the forefront of change and improvement.
