Our Care in the Home division has been making some changes to the recruitment process in order to realign and streamline how our packages of care are delivered.

Each Registered Manager has been assigned a dedicated recruiter. Therefore, our children and young people will have a dedicated person recruiting support workers to provide their packages of care. They are working much closer with the Business Development Manager to ensure the right people are recruited to support our clients.

We will be making further changes into 2025 to continue to improve our processes, we will be sure to update you further once these advancements are confirmed.
