The residents at Brambledown Road have been designing t-shirts for a competition to be on the poster for the upcoming Learning Disability Carnival that has been organised for all the residential care homes in Croydon and Sutton.

Mike joined Active Care Group in 2024. Previously, he served as the UK Operations Director at Travelodge, where he oversaw two years of record-breaking performance. He has also held senior positions at renowned companies such as Costa Coffee, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Pizza Hut, and Greene King, where he successfully developed and led high-performing operational teams.
Mike leads the Residential Division, focusing on driving improvements and growth, while continuing to support the company’s broader strategic objectives.
