We are excited to announce the successful launch of new branding for our Case Management and Care in the Home divisions. The addition of these individual identities not only highlights the unique role of each division but also them being part of Active Care Group.

This year has been a pivotal year for our brand evolution. The focus has been on developing distinct identities for each division of the business, and this launch is a significant milestone.

Both divisions’ new visual identities incorporate colours from Active Care Group’s primary colour palette, ensuring consistency and reinforcing the strength of the Active Care Group brand. The designs reflect the distinct yet complementary nature of each division, and we are excited to see these new brand elements in use.

The new branding for our Case Management division will act as an identifier for the entire division, made up of nine of the UK’s leading case management companies, alongside a specialist brain and spinal injury rehabilitation and therapy provider, and a medical report agency. Each of these companies will continue to operate under their individual brands. 

Our Care in the Home division offers live out or live in care for children, young people, and adults with a wide range of complex conditions, including brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, respiratory challenges, gastrointestinal issues, learning disabilities and autism.
