Active Care Group is delighted to announce that our dedicated colleague app, ECHO, has won the ‘Best HR Tool’ award at the 2025 UK Company Culture Awards.
The awards, which took place on Thursday 1st May at the Hilton London Bankside, London, celebrated organisations that nurture their workforce, invest in their people and create an environment that promotes individuality and values everyone.
This winner of the ‘Best HR Tool’ award is recognised for its innovative HR software tools that enhance human resource management and streamline communication, engagement, and operational processes.
ECHO, launched just over a year ago, is an important platform that reflects our commitment to building a workplace culture rooted in connection, growth, kindness, respect, and fairness. The app empowers colleagues to stay informed, supported, and engaged, ensuring communication is not just a function but embedded in our culture.
ECHO gives colleagues easy access to the latest news, our vision and behaviours, and information about specialist services. It includes a wellbeing hub with mental and physical health resources, support services like the Employee Assistance Programme, details on benefits such as Active Rewards and discounted gym memberships, and HR FAQs, policies, and payroll guidance.
Since its launch, ECHO has enabled thousands of colleagues to share stories, celebrate achievements, access wellbeing resources, and feel more connected to the wider organisation.
On winning the award, Active Care Group Chief Executive Officer Keith Browner said:
