Active Care Group partners with Onward to provide clinical advice and support to patients with life changing injuries and illnesses

We are pleased to announce that Active Care Group’s Case Management division has partnered with Onward, Stewarts Law not-profit Community Interest Company to provide free clinical and care advice and support for patients and their families with life changing injuries and illnesses in England.

Together with its partners, University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Wessex Trauma Network, Onward, is dedicated to ensuring hospitalised patients and their families have access to a variety of free support services such as financial, emotional, and legal advice, they need to have the best possible outcome.

Keith Browner, Chief Executive Officer at Active Care Group said: “We are excited to be chosen as Onward’s official Care partner of choice. The new partnership will allow our case management division team to expand their extensive network and reach more people in need of our services.”
