We are delighted to announce the launch of the second annual Active Care Group Your Choice Awards.
The Your Choice awards recognise and celebrate exceptional colleagues and teams from across all divisions of Active Care Group.
The awards also provide an opportunity to celebrate our colleagues, whose passion, dedication, and commitment to delivering outstanding care, combined with their collaborative spirit and meaningful contributions, consistently inspire and delight us all.
Since January, our Stars of the Group and Leadership Awards programmes have received 1,447 nominations, with 209 colleagues already recognised for their remarkable contributions through the monthly and quarterly awards and 48 shortlisted finalists.
Throughout September, colleagues have been encouraged to submit their nominations for the seven award categories, which include:
- People’s Choice Award
- Inspirational Leader of the Year
- Central Services Team of the Year
- Best Newcomer of the Year
- Operations Team of the Year (NEW for 2025)
- Operations Manager of the Year
- Bank Worker of the Year (NEW for 2025)
Finalists will be invited to our Night of the Stars awards evening, where they will join the Stars of the Group and Leadership Awards finalists.
The Night of the Stars is a celebration of our outstanding colleagues, culminating in the presentation of the CEO’s Choice Award, personally selected and presented by Active Care Group CEO, Keith Browner.
This year, we look forward to an even greater celebration, honouring our incredible colleagues who go above and beyond every day to support the people we care for.
