Active Care Group are delighted to announce The Matt Hampson Foundation as its official charity partner for 2026.
The Matt Hampson Foundation inspires and supports young people who have been seriously injured through sport. Through expert physiotherapy, specialist personal training, support, mentoring, and advice, the Foundation helps people with life-changing injuries get back to living a busy life again.
The partnership offers shared opportunities for growth and learning, enabling both organisations to enhance their impact on young people recovering from serious injuries.
Active Care Group will benefit from the Foundation’s rehabilitation expertise, while the Foundation will gain access to wider support networks and resources.
